Stan has over three and half decades of Engineering resin experience within GE Plastics. Initially working in GEP’s LEXAN Manufacturing Business in Color Control, Color Development, as well as Raw Material Qualifications. Mr. Martin held the role of LEXAN Americas Color/Formulation Lead, which responsibilities included formulation integrity, Customer specifications, issue resolution, and cost optimization. Mr. Martin worked directly with LEXAN Technology as a New Product Transition Coordinator and as formal product sign-off approver for Manufacturing. Stan’s experience and training includes ISO certification, Management-of Change, Cost-Out, Six Sigma, and various management courses.
