Bob’s career includes decades of experience in the plastics industry working at GE Plastics and DSM Engineering Plastics. He continues to expand his knowledge in the development of cryogenic particle size transformation processes at IFC. Bob held several leadership positions within Manufacturing and Color Technology during his twenty-seven years with GE plastics. He held the positions of Color Technology Manager, Production Manager, and Six Sigma Leader in his ten years with DSM Engineering Plastics where he successfully led process optimization, cost reduction and reliability initiatives.
